It is India's largest virtual event to help women professionals connect with prospective employers who have a strong gender diversity focus, via a global digital platform. Candidates will participate in the event from their smartphones, laptop or PCs. All you need is a good internet connection to be a part of the event.
Yes, this event is exclusively ONLY FOR WOMEN candidates from any location to look for work opportunities across India. Women who are working or on a career break can participate in this event.
Registrations & applications are open now. You can visit booths of all employers participating in the program, view open jobs and apply to them. The live event is on 27th November 2020. You can apply upto 27th December, 2020
Yes. You need to register for the event to be able to access Jobs & Employer booths and to be able to apply to suitable jobs.

Using the credentials that you created while registration which is your login id ( this is the mail id you entered) & password , you can login anytime upto December 27th . Once you login you will be taken to the virtual lobby and then an exhibition hall where you will see all participating employers. You will all jobs in the Job tab where you can view suitable positions and apply by clicking on the Apply button. Your profile which you created during registration will be sent to employers.
Once you go through the job details of a specific employer, look out for the Apply button. As soon as that is clicked, your resume and form (that you had filled out as part of your registration process) will be sent for that job.
You can apply for as many jobs as you think are relevant to your professional profile.
Once the application is submitted to the employer, as per their selection process, they will shortlist suitable candidates and connect with you as per process.
The names of participating companies will be available on the landing page. You will able to view company booths, jobs and apply for them once you register and login to the event from now to 27th December 2020.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet.
